GET TO KNOW.
AMY CARLON
Amy’s pronouns are She/Her.
Founder, Geelong Photographer & Videographer, and Your New Business Bestie
For years, Amy has had the privilege of being behind the lens. As a professional Geelong photographer having moved here 6 years ago, not knowing anyone, she’s since helped countless businesses and individuals elevate their imagery in a way that feels natural, relaxed, and polished.
Originally from Bowral and having completed university in Wagga Wagga, Amy knows what it’s like to step outside your comfort zone. Born with a disability called Arthrogryposis, she relied on physical aids until the age of 20, and has never let it stop her from chasing the unachievable. Opening and navigating multiple mental health diagnoses over the past few years. All of which shapes how she works with people: with empathy and a core belief that creativity should be comfortable, accessible and relatable for everyone.
Whether you’re booking that much-needed (but maybe slightly nerve-wracking) branding session or wrangling the team for headshots, Amy will have you feeling at ease and probably laughing in no time.
With a Bachelor of Creative Arts and Design (majoring in Photography) and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing, Amy blends creativity with strategy. One minute she’s helping you find your best angle, the next she’s coordinating your project like a pro.
Carlon and Co. is built on delivering high-value, stress-free photo and video content that clients enjoy being part of. When you work with Amy, it’s less like hiring a vendor and more like teaming up with your best mate (who just happens to be really good with a camera).
Always up for a chat, Amy’s just an email away and would love to help you finally tick that photo or video project off your list.
